Lauren is a classically trained Manual Osteopathic Practitioner.
Prior to Osteopathy, Lauren attended Fanshawe College in the Fitness and Health Promotion program where she graduated and obtained her personal training certificate (2013). Her love and amazement of the human body helped further her education at the University of Guelph where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology with honours (2015). Lauren maintained a role as a Registered Kinesiologist for a few years until her desire to help others led to a career in Osteopathy.
She graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario with a Master of Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Science (M.OMSc).
There, she gained a deep understanding of osteopathic principles and a more in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and mechanics of the human body.
Outside of education, Lauren enjoys the spending time with her family including her two dogs, being outdoors, fishing, sports and physical activity. She has been involved specifically with ringette, playing and coaching, for most of her life.
Lauren is excited and honoured to be serving her hometown of London, Ontario.
